1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

"Platform"

All websites, mobile versions, and related digital services operated by bcc88 are collectively referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any person who has registered for or is using the bcc88 platform is considered a "User".

"Account"

A personal profile secured by a username and password, through which a user can access bcc88's services.

"Services"

All online betting, casino games, slots, sports betting, and related entertainment features provided by bcc88 are collectively referred to as "Services".

"Wagering Requirement"

The wagering requirement is the minimum amount you must bet before you can withdraw bonus funds. For bcc88, this is 15 times the bonus amount.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The following conditions must be met in order to use bcc88's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
• You must own a valid personal mobile number and provide it at the time of registration.
• You may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are using the bcc88 platform voluntarily and knowingly, and you are aware of the risks associated with online gaming.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration Process

To open an account on the bcc88 platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds. Only one account is permitted per person — if multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

Account Security

• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• Sharing your password with anyone else is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bcc88 support immediately.
• bcc88 will never ask for your password by phone or email. Any such request is a sign of fraud.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds at bcc88: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Please fill in your deposit details accurately. bcc88 will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
• You must use your own mobile banking account — using a third party's account is prohibited.
• Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service, which can be used directly on bcc88.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• A standard withdrawal may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before withdrawing bonus funds.
• For unusual or suspicious withdrawals, bcc88 may take additional verification steps.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at bcc88, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳26,000 → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited funds.

General Bonus Terms

• The bonus offer applies once per account.
• If deposited funds are withdrawn after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bcc88 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be cancelled.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits based on their Bronze, Silver, or Gold tier.

6 Betting Rules

General Betting Terms

• Once confirmed, all bets cannot be cancelled unless specifically approved by bcc88 under exceptional circumstances.
• bcc88 reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error, and the staked amount will be refunded.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to an event or game and is subject to change depending on circumstances.

Sports Betting

Casino & Slot Games

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bcc88 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonus offers, such as attempting to claim the same benefit more than once.
• Fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or using funds obtained through illegal means.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deceptive or dishonest conduct towards other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Suspension by bcc88

bcc88 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms is proven.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information has been provided.
• If suspicious transactions or account activity are identified.
• If temporary verification is required to ensure account security.

Closure by the User

Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. If a user closes their account voluntarily, the process to return any valid balance will be initiated.
